Different products. Familiar problems.

A distillery, a mirror brand, a beauty device maker, a sticker company. They sell very different things, but the work usually starts in one of three places.

A new store to launch.

A new brand, a new market or a new platform, and a store that has to work properly from the first day.

Traffic, but too few orders.

Product pages that don’t answer buyers’ questions or show the product well enough for someone to order it.

Tools that don’t connect.

Orders, emails and fulfilment in different places, and a team spending too much time moving data between them.

What we built, brand by brand.

Each project below shows the store and a plain summary of the work. No inflated numbers, just what we built.

Nozawa Onsen Distillery online store
Nozawa Onsen Distillery Japan

Nozawa Onsen Distillery

Selling alcohol online in Japan comes with rules the store has to follow. We built the distillery’s Shopify store with age checks and compliance handling in place from the start.

  • Shopify store build
  • Age checks for alcohol sales
  • Compliance handling built into the store
  • Shopify
  • Regulated products
  • Japan
Mirrors by Reflect online store
Mirrors by Reflect Australia

Mirrors by Reflect

Mirrors by Reflect sells to everyday customers and to trade buyers, and the two need to see different things. We set up one Shopify store that handles both.

  • Trade (B2B) customer gating
  • Trade product swapping, so trade customers see their own range
  • A shop-the-look section
  • Theme migration
  • Shopify
  • B2B and trade
  • Australia
PASURIRE LUXS online store
PASURIRE LUXS Japan

PASURIRE LUXS

A Japanese beauty device brand. A device is hard to judge from one flat photo, so we built ways for customers to look at it properly and find it in person.

  • 360° product rotators, so customers can turn the device and see every side
  • A store locator
  • Animated sections
  • Shopify
  • Beauty
  • Japan
Seventy + Mochi online store
Seventy + Mochi UK

Seventy + Mochi

Seventy + Mochi is a UK brand. We built their Shopify store.

  • Shopify store build
  • UK
Cool Kids Sticker Co. online store
Cool Kids Sticker Co. Australia

Cool Kids Sticker Co.

An Australian sticker brand, and a good example of the store, email and fulfilment working together. We worked on all three.

  • Shopify theme work: category navigation, product page badges, comparison tables and colour samples
  • A wall calculator with tiered discounts
  • A Klaviyo and HTML email system
  • Order Desk and print-on-demand fulfilment across six markets
  • Shopify
  • Klaviyo
  • Order Desk
  • Australia
EXO-RECELL online store
EXO-RECELL Japan

EXO-RECELL

EXO-RECELL is a Japanese brand. We built their Shopify store.

What these projects have in common.

Conversion first.

Every build starts with the buyer: what they need to see, and what stops them from ordering. Rotators, comparison tables and calculators are there to answer those questions on the page.

Retention built in.

A first order is only the start. Email is planned alongside the store, not after it, so customers hear from the brand again after they buy.

Systems that connect.

Trade accounts, fulfilment partners, print-on-demand, compliance rules. We connect the store to the way the business actually runs, so the team isn’t copying data by hand.

Made for the market.

Japan, Australia and the UK each have their own customers and rules. We work in English or Japanese, and set up each store for the market it sells in.

Questions about our work.

Can we see more examples?

Yes. Not every project suits a public page, and a lot of our work sits in email flows and back-end systems you can’t see on a storefront. On a call, we can walk you through the examples closest to your situation.

Do you work with brands outside Japan?

Yes. The brands on this page sell in Japan, Australia and the UK. We’re based in Tokyo and work remotely with clients across APAC, UK, EU and US time zones, in English or Japanese.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the scope. A Klaviyo or LINE set-up takes less time than a full store build or a platform migration. We agree the scope, timeline and quote with you before we start.

Do you take on existing stores?

Yes. Most of our work focuses on improving conversion and retention for brands already on Shopify or Shopify Plus. For Mirrors by Reflect, for example, the work included a theme migration.
