Three monthly plans, matched to where you are.

Each plan gives you specialists who plan the work, do it and report on it every month. Pick the one closest to your stage. Every brand starts from a different place, so we quote after the first call.

How a monthly plan works.

The same rhythm every month, so you always know what’s happening and what it did for sales.

  1. 01

    Kickoff call.

We meet your team, look at your store, tools and numbers, and agree what success looks like.

  2. 02

    Your first monthly plan.

A short list of what we’ll do this month, in order of impact on sales. You approve it before we start.

  3. 03

    Weekly check-in.

A short call or message each week: what’s done, what’s next, and anything we need from you.

  4. 04

    We do the work.

Design, development, email and set-up, done by the specialists you spoke to. Nothing goes live until you’re happy with it.

  5. 05

    Monthly report.

What we did, what changed in your numbers and what we learned, in plain language.

  6. 06

    Plan the next month.

We use the report to set next month’s priorities, and adjust the plan as your business changes.

Need one thing done? Book a one-time project.

Not every brand needs monthly support. A one-time project has a fixed scope, a clear quote and a set timeline, all agreed before any work starts.

New Shopify store

A store designed and built around how your customers shop, with products, payments, shipping and email ready on launch day.

Platform migration

Moving to Shopify from another platform. Products, customers and orders are moved across, with redirects set up to protect your search traffic.

Store redesign

A new design for an existing Shopify store, starting with the pages that matter most for sales: home, collections, product pages and cart.

Klaviyo or LINE set-up

The flows that run every day (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back) set up and connected to your store. LINE for Japanese customers.

Ecommerce Growth Audit

A review of where you’re losing revenue and how to fix it. We look at your platform setup, conversion, checkout and email/retention, then give you a list of fixes in order of impact.

Keeping the work in-house? We’ll coach your team.

Some teams want the skills themselves. Coaching keeps you on track week by week. Training gives your team what they need to run the store day to day.

1:1 Coaching

One-on-one coaching with weekly calls to keep you on track while your team does the work.

  • A weekly call with a Birubi specialist
  • A clear plan and priorities for each month
  • Reviews of your store, emails and campaigns
  • Answers between calls

Shopify training

Hands-on sessions so you and your team can run the store yourselves. In English or Japanese, in person in Tokyo or online.

  • Products, collections and content
  • Discounts, promotions and apps
  • Theme editor and day-to-day updates
  • Handover guides for your team

Questions about plans.

Is there a minimum term?

We agree this with you before you start, so you know what you’re signing up for. Email and retention work builds up over 3–6 months, so if a short term won’t give you results, we’ll tell you up front.

Can we switch plans later?

What you need changes as the business grows, so your plan can change with it. How and when you can switch is something we agree with you before you start.

What if we only need a one-off project?

That’s fine. Not every brand needs monthly support. We take on one-time projects such as new Shopify stores, platform migrations, redesigns, Klaviyo and LINE set-ups, and Growth Audits, each with a fixed scope and quote.

Do you work with our existing agency or team?

Yes. We can take on one part, say email and LINE, while your agency looks after the site, or work alongside your in-house team. We agree who does what at the kickoff call, so nothing falls between us.

How do we start?

Answer a few quick questions on our contact page, or email hello@birubi.co. We’ll come back knowing where you’re losing sales and what to tackle first, and suggest the plan or project that fits on the first call.

Not sure which plan fits? Tell us where you are.

Tell us what you’re trying to launch, improve or untangle. We’ll help you work out what to tackle first.
