Most brands come to us with one of these.

Traffic, but too few orders.

People visit, then leave. Product pages don’t answer the questions buyers have, or checkout loses them at the last step.

Customers buy once and disappear.

First orders come in, repeat orders don’t. Nothing brings people back after they’ve bought.

Tools that don’t connect.

Orders, subscriptions and customer data sit in different places, and the team spends too much time moving between them.

Five services, one team.

We start with what moves your revenue most and add the rest when your growth needs it. Every service runs as part of a monthly plan or as a one-time project.

Shopify development and web design

Building and improving stores, with UX/UI that makes products easier to understand and buy. Then we keep improving them, testing what lifts your conversion rate. When a project needs more than Shopify, we build on Webflow, WordPress and Drupal too.

What you get

  • New Shopify and Shopify Plus stores, and full redesigns
  • Theme development and custom sections
  • Migration from another platform, with products, customers and orders moved across
  • Ongoing testing on product pages, cart and checkout
  • Apps and custom software when a project needs them

Typical outcomes: product pages that answer buyers’ questions, fewer people dropping out at checkout, and a store your team can update without calling a developer.

  • Theme development
  • UX/UI design
  • Conversion rate optimisation
  • Platform migration
  • Webflow
  • WordPress
  • Drupal

Email marketing and retention

Klaviyo, LINE, CRM and marketing automation that turn first-time buyers into repeat customers. We set up the flows that run every day, then plan and send campaigns around them.

What you get

  • Klaviyo flows: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back
  • A campaign calendar, with emails designed and sent for you
  • LINE official account set-up and messaging for Japanese customers
  • Customer lists and segments cleaned up and connected to your store
  • HTML email templates that match your brand

Typical outcomes: more second orders, a bigger share of sales from customers you already have, and email and LINE results you can see in your reports.

  • Klaviyo flows & campaigns
  • LINE messaging
  • CRM set-up
  • Marketing automation
  • Lifecycle strategy

Ecommerce systems and integrations

Connecting storefronts, subscriptions, customer data and reporting so day-to-day operations are easier across one market or several. If two tools should talk to each other, we connect them, through an app or a custom integration.

What you get

  • Subscription set-up, or a move to a new subscription app
  • Order, fulfilment and print-on-demand connections
  • Customer data shared between your store, email and CRM
  • Reporting that shows sales by channel and market
  • Multi-market set-up: languages, currencies and domains
  • Custom integrations using APIs and webhooks

Typical outcomes: less copying between systems, fewer order mistakes, and one set of numbers the whole team trusts.

  • Subscriptions
  • Customer data
  • Reporting
  • Integrations & APIs
  • Multi-market set-up

Branding and digital marketing

Brand strategy, visual identity, social media, events and PR for launches and ongoing growth. We also help customers find you on Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT, and run ads when paid traffic makes sense.

What you get

  • Brand strategy, naming and messaging
  • Logo and visual identity
  • Social media content, and LinkedIn for founders
  • Events and PR for launches
  • SEO, Google Business Profile, structured data and llms.txt
  • Meta and Google ads

Typical outcomes: a brand that looks and sounds the same everywhere, more people finding you through search and AI answers, and ad spend you can trace back to sales.

  • Brand strategy
  • Visual identity
  • Social media
  • Events & PR
  • SEO
  • AI search (AEO/GEO)
  • Meta & Google ads

Japan market entry and cross-border ecommerce

International brands entering Japan, and Japanese businesses expanding overseas, with websites and messaging adapted for local customers. We work in English and Japanese, so nothing gets lost between your head office and your customers.

What you get

  • A market entry plan: what to sell, where, and in what order
  • Localisation (EN ⇄ JP) written for local customers, not translated word for word
  • Local storefronts, payments and shipping set-up
  • LINE for Japanese customers
  • Overseas stores and English copy for Japanese brands
  • Age checks and compliance handling for regulated products such as alcohol

Typical outcomes: a store and messages that read as if they were made for the local market, and a launch plan your team can follow step by step.

  • Local websites & messaging
  • LINE for Japanese customers

Not every team wants to hand the work over. Some want the skills in-house. There are two ways we help with that.

  • Reviews of your store, emails and campaigns
  • Answers between calls

  4. 04

    We get to work.

Design, development, email and set-up, done by the specialists you spoke to.

  5. 05

Nothing goes live until you’re happy with it.

  6. 06

    We launch, report and improve.

Every month we measure what changed and plan what’s next.

Questions about our services.

Do we need all five services?

No. Most brands start with the service closest to their biggest problem and add others later. You can also book a single one-time project.

Can you help if we’re already on a platform?

Yes. Most of our work focuses on improving conversion and retention for brands already on Shopify or Shopify Plus.

Do you only work with Shopify?

Shopify is our main platform, and most of our ecommerce work is on Shopify or Shopify Plus. For company sites and projects that need something else, we build on Webflow, WordPress and Drupal, and build apps and custom software.

How quickly do results happen?

Typically within 8–12 weeks for conversion improvements. Platform migrations follow agreed timelines. Lifecycle and retention systems compound over 3–6 months.

Can you coach our team instead of doing the work for us?

Yes. Our done-with-you coaching gives you a weekly one-on-one call with a Birubi specialist, a clear plan for each month and reviews of your team’s work, so you stay on track while doing it yourselves.

Not sure which you need? Start with what’s not working.

Tell us what you’re trying to launch, improve or untangle. We’ll help you work out what to tackle first.
